Questions about a branch listing, an opening time or a coverage note go here. We run this guide, not the kitchens — so read the two columns below before you write, and your message lands with the people who can actually fix it.

Send us a note

We are an independent guide to fireaway pizza delivery across the UK. We can help with the information published here. We cannot help with an order, a refund or a delivery that has gone wrong — that belongs with the branch or the app you ordered through.

What we can help with

We handle questions about the content on this site. Whether a branch listing still reads true, whether an opening hours note has changed, or whether a coverage area is described the way you see it locally — that is exactly the kind of message worth sending.

Corrections from people ordering in a specific town are the most useful thing we receive. A short note naming the branch and the detail in question is enough. You do not need to write an essay, and you do not need to apologise for nitpicking; a wrong closing time costs someone a wasted trip.

What we cannot help with

We do not take orders, process payments or hold any order records. If your pizza has not arrived, arrived cold, or was charged incorrectly, that needs to go to the branch or the platform you ordered through. They hold the order reference and we do not.

We also cannot confirm allergen information for a specific kitchen. Every Fireaway site runs its own setup, and that question belongs with the branch that will actually make your food.

Send a correction

How to send a correction

Include three things: the branch location, the detail that is wrong, and what you believe the correct information should be. If you have a screenshot or a link, that helps, but it is not required.

One clear correction beats a long message covering five different pages. We can always follow up if we need more, and a single specific line is far easier to act on than a vague report.

Useful to include

  • Town or branch name
  • The exact detail, such as an opening or last-order time
  • What it should say instead
  • A link or screenshot, if you have one

Tell us what needs fixing

Fields marked with an asterisk are needed so we can trace the listing you mean. Nothing else is required.

We use your details only to reply about the listing you have written in about. Read the Privacy Policy for the detail.

Response times

This is a small operation, so replies are not instant. We aim to read everything that comes in, and genuine corrections get looked at promptly.

Messages that need research take longer than a simple fix — if a closing time has changed, we may check the branch page, the platform listing and the branch itself before we edit anything. If you have not heard back within a reasonable window, it is fine to follow up. Nothing gets ignored on purpose.

When we are on the desk

The guide desk follows the same daily window as our base in Croydon. Messages sent outside it are read the next time we open.

Monday – Friday 11:00 – 23:00
Saturday 11:00 – 23:00
Sunday 11:00 – 23:00

Order problems are not bound by those hours — if your food has gone missing, speak to the branch or the platform you used. They can act on it in minutes, and we cannot act on it at all.

Where to find us

Based in Croydon, covering the UK

The guide is based at 142 High Street, Croydon, CR0 1ND. Croydon suits us as a base because it sits in the middle of one of the busier delivery markets we cover, but the scope of this guide is UK-wide — menu structure, branch lists, opening hours and ordering routes from Aberdeen down to Cornwall.

You can also call +44 20 8680 1234, or write to [email protected] if you would rather not use the form. For anything involving a specific listing, the form is usually the better route, because it keeps the branch name, the wrong detail and your correction together in one place.

Before you write, check these pages

A good share of the messages we get are already answered somewhere on the site. Branch coverage lives on the branches page, ordering routes sit on the delivery options page, and the menu structure has its own page. If your question is about how we source and update details, the accuracy page explains the process step by step.

Questions we get most

Short answers to the messages that come in again and again. If yours is not here, the form above is still the right route.

Can you sort out a refund or a late delivery?

No. We are a guide, not a restaurant and not a delivery platform. We do not take orders, hold payment details or keep any record of a delivery. Your order reference sits with the branch or the app you used, and that is who can move it forward.

Can you confirm allergen information for a branch?

We cannot. Allergen handling depends on the kitchen, its suppliers and the day's prep, and the branch is the only source that can answer for its own food. Contact them directly and ask before you order.

How quickly do you update a listing after a correction?

A simple fix, like a mistyped street name, is usually done quickly. Anything that changes what a visitor would expect — an opening time, a delivery area edge, a permanently closed site — gets checked against more than one source first, so it takes longer. We would rather be a day late than publish the wrong window.

I work for a branch — can you change our details?

Yes, and that is welcome. Say which site you are writing from and what the page currently gets wrong. A note on letterhead is not needed — a working email address on the branch's own domain and a clear description of the change is enough for us to look at it properly.

Will you pass my message on to a branch?

We will pass on a factual correction, because a branch often wants to know its own listing is out of date. We cannot forward complaints about food, timings or charges — those need to reach the branch or platform directly so they can be logged against your order.

Something on this site looks wrong from where you order?

Send the branch name and the detail. That is all we need to start checking — and on a guide about fireaway pizza delivery in the UK, a single accurate line is worth more than a long report.
